Pontiac Letters and Arrow Head

Use dental floss, 4lb fishing line, or stiff piece of plastic/paper to work through the glue that holds them. There are holes behind the arrow head however.

Paint

The 05 GTO has a really bad thin paint. Get The clear Bra 3M stuff, it really helps.

Unlocking

Press unlock button once for left door. Press and hold for .5 seconds for both or press twice. Turn signals flash twice, and horn chrips twice. If chrips 5 times then there is a problem with the door lock. If lock system is overloaded, power supply is cut for 30 seconds. If they flash three times (the lights) when pressing unlock, then an attempted break-in has occurred (turn ignition on, look at trip computer display for the ALARM ACTIVATED message. They will show until the trip computer MODE button is pressed).

For those of you who don't know, I'm looking at buying a 2005 Pontiac GTO. I've been looking since late February/early March, but I haven’t had the money until now... Soooo, I'll be posting a lot of information related to the GTO over the next few days/weeks/months. This is mostly for my reference so I can look it up whenever and wherever I want (instead of printing out a book worth of information).

LHC@home helps the construction of LHC. LHC stands for Large Hadron Collider. It will be the largest and most powerful particle accelerator ever built. You can read about it here. It simulates how the particles travel trough the 27 km long tunnel. With the help of the calculated information, the magnets that control the beam can be calibrated with greater precision. More information can be found here.
